Patriotism

It is our duty to pray for our leaders! (1Timothy 2:1-2)

I do not want to know who you voted for. It does not matter anymore.

Today is Inauguration Day for the United States of America.

That means that at 12pm today our 45th President was sworn in to office. Our country has a new leader and with that they all need our prayers!

I will admit, I do not understand all these protests and riots. There is a difference in standing up for a cause and outright disrespecting our nation. That is all these protests and riots are doing. If they were honest in their intentions about wanting the best for our country then they would not do this. The bottom line is they are disrespecting of our Nation, our Constitution, and our way of government.

Our country has fought segregation of all kinds for so long. Is this what America has become? A country bent on division and segregation at all costs?

Now we stand together. Whether that is praying, keeping our mouths quiet, and/or keeping our social medias quiet. No one wants to be known as the boy who cried wolf. Otherwise when the time comes to give your input it won't matter because people won't want to hear you. Be kind, be wise, and above all stop hating. Hate has never got anybody anything.
